Education Program

One of our best educational programs is the language education program. We develop web-based tools to promote English education in non-English speaking countries, such as China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, etc. For example, the E-Learing program—USA Kids English, is created especially for Mandarin speaking areas. This program is vetted by a panel of America’s award-winning teachers and embraced by kids and parents because it opens a world of information and education to kids from ages 3 to 12. It provides an environment that kids can learn English in the context of American culture. The content of this learning program mimics the content that teachers teach in real elementary schools in the United States.

We also offer specialized training for English-as-Second-Language (ESL) instructors:
Course ESL #1 – Introduction to Teaching ESL (ESL I)
Course length: 30 hours
The essentials of teaching ESL, including special needs of the ESL learner, common approaches to ESL instruction, lesson planning, techniques for teaching grammatical and phonetic structures, pronunciation and vocabulary, as well as instructional aids for the ESL classroom.

Course ESL # 2 – ESL Performance Skills Development (ESL II)
Course length: 30 hours Prerequisite: Course ESL #1
This course covers ESL placement and progress assessment, developing an individualized instruction plan, traditional and innovative teaching methods, problem solving for the ESL learner and multicultural factors in ESL instruction.

Teacher Training Program

Collaborating with many top universities in the United States, we offer effective training courses to skill teaching workforce. The main courses offered in this program:
Course #1 Basic Methods of Educational Instruction
Course Length: 30 hours
The foundation course for occupational subjects. A comprehensive survey of teaching methods to support an instructor of elementary school, middle/high school, or college. It covers essential elements of teaching, including the learning process, lesson planning, fundamentals of communication, motivation and class management, instructional strategies and assessment techniques.

Course #2 Intermediate Communication in the Classroom
Course Length: 30 hours Prerequisite: Course # 1
This course focuses on effective communication between teacher and students, including stimulus variation, effective use of questions and listening skills. Designed to develop communication techniques introduced in Course 1, it takes a case-management approach using case studies from a variety of teaching situations for class problem solving.

Course # 3 Advanced Class Management
Course length: 30 hours Prerequisite: Course # 1
This course covers techniques for providing a more effective learning environment, including class organization and control, reinforcement and motivational strategies. Designed to develop class management techniques introduced in Course 1, it takes a case management approach, with case studies from a variety of teaching situations for class problem solving.

Participants of our professional development workshops benefit from the expert training of our facilitators who have implemented our student wellbeing programs across hundreds of school settings nation-wide.

Our professional development workshops focus on a range of key issues to improve social, emotional and leadership development to improve student wellbeing at your school in a fun, highly interactive and informative way. Each workshop includes high-quality resources that will further support the ability to implement our student wellbeing programs directly at your school. The sessions will assist you in delivering key learning outcomes and techniques to support student connectedness and development, and create a more positive school community in which students feel safer.
